where can i buy the green record books that the military uses?

i have been searching aimlessly since my discharge from the military; but I can't seem to locate them anywhere in the civilian world. Does anybody know where I can get them? Or are they military only?

You're not going to find them anywhere. They're printed by the Government Printing Office and are not available for resale to the general public.
