Me and my friends were at mcdonalds and one of my friends says she's a size 5 and the other says she is a 2. While I'm a 7,8, 9. And they were talking about how much they weigh and they are both 125 or 120ish while i'm between 140-150. I can't but to feel fat. I'm really busty and curvacoues but not overweight. I want to weigh less because I'm 5'3 and I'm suppose to be between 110-130. What can I do to lose weight? I want to be slimer.

Stop eating at McDonald's for one. Lots of fruits and veggies and lots of water. But more importantly, try not to get caught up in that BS. When I was skinny I always thought I was fat. Now I'm chubby and wish I were as skinny as I was. And even when I was skinny people called me anorexic. So you can never win if you gauge yourself on other's expectations. And there are women out there who are physically altering themselves so they can have the natural curves you have. Also, boobs and booty naturally means more weight! Try and keep in mind that what you see on TV is bogus, and the stuff your friends say is too. They're probably just as insecure as you feel.

The first thing you have to do is decide to lose weight for yourself, not your friends.

you're alright. don't cave in to peer pressure. you should love yourself for who you are, and not what you look like. as long as you're healthy, weight issues shouldn't bother you.
