In the times of the Apostles, God told Peter What I have cleanse call thou not unclean,Peter & the Jews was a crossover to Paul & the Geniles. Also in Colossians 2:16-17 Let no man therefore judge you in meat(PORK) or in drink, or in the respect of an holyday or in the new moon, Or in the Sabbath Days(Saturday or Sunday) Which are a shadow of things to come, but the body is of Christ & Read Romans 10:4 For Christ is the END of the LAW for righteousness to everyone that believeth. Also Read Galatians 3:23-26But Before the faith came we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our school-master to bin us uno Christ Tht we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come we ARE NO LONGER under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the Children of God by faith in Christ Jesus & Read Galatians 4:3-5 Even so we, when we were Children, were in bondage under the elements of the world, 4: But when the fulnes of the time was come: God sent forth his SON made of a woman made under the law.5: To redeem them that were under the LAW, That we might recieve the adoption of sons. LOL!
I know MANY jews that eat pork, lobster and shellfish. Sure they feel guilty about it (another religion founded on guilt) but they love it. And who can blame them? Ever had a kosher meal? I'd be as miserable as most jews too if that's what I was forced to eat. It's honestly, barely fit to feed to the pigs!

there is very little that can compare to smoked streaky bacon, cooked until it is crisp on fresh, thickly buttered, crusty bread with a dollop of HP sauce on. pigs are no more liable to become diseased than cattle sheep or goats. if you think that pigs are just plain dirty animals it is obvious that you have never had to dag sheep, ( cut away the crust of fetid crap that builds up in their wool). i believe one possible explanation for the Hebrew belief that pigs were unclean had to do with the invasion of the sea people, who later became the Philistines. the sea people originated either in Greece and Crete where the pig was sacred, or Sardinia and western Italy where the pig was the main food animal. obviously the sacred animal of your enemy becomes unclean. and the fact that the Canaanites and the Hebrews were driven into the mountains and hills of the interior may have had some influence on their attitude to seafood, (actually i agree with them there, shellfish make me heave).

pigs tend to become diseased in the middle east. that is why for the most practical reasons the muftis and rabbis took it off the menu. in europe that rarely happens. the fact is, pork is full of far better flavor than mutton or goat. like everythig else meat should be eaten in moderation. pork is pork. it is protein like mutton and other meats of the middle east. they just are built for colder climates. they die in extreme heat. they cannot sweat to cool down. so they lay in bogs and get diseased in the filthy middle east with their bloody abrahamic religions. please not the pig is a favorite in oriental dishes. much older tradition and a lot more descendants, eh? you are so dumb. piss off.

I'm not Christian, but I eat it grilled, baked, and occasionally fried. Ham, bacon, chops, ribs ...
You guys don't know what you're missing. And if we didn't have pigskin, we wouldn't have football, and then where would civilization be?
By the way, if you like Jell-O, you should know it's made from pigs, too. Their hooves, to be specific. It's so far removed from its original source that it's actually Kosher. Go figure.

mmmmm, bacon...

The raising of pigs for pork has changed quite a bit in the last 3000 years. Pork is a very lean, healthy choice for your diet.

Just because you don't like it, does not mean that everyone else should hate it too.

Bless you.
