try running the following two menus of ccleaner
cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
Issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues

It's possible that you could have a virus of some sort. Try running a scan from an antivirus software.
Or see if a firewall is blocking access to the program.

The problem might lie in how much MB you have on your computer. If you have too much videos, music, or photos downloaded on your computer then you have your answer.
