I would have to pick option number 2 mind his own business and don't look.
If a man were to stare at me, I would think I had something stuck between my teeth or something. Do know that men are discreat at times. When you think he's minding his own business and not making the glance obvious...He's looking:0)

If I like the guy too, he can stare if he wants.
If he is creepy, he should mind his own business.
The hard part for the guy is to know if he is nice or creepy in the eyes of the girl. LOL

i don't mind a man starring at me... but not the creepy stare. women like to be looked at in the eye while the man is smiling at them. don't stare her up and down like you want to eat her clothes off... just give a gentle look with a slight smile...if you do it right, you might get her number :) best wishes..

Although I am a married attractive woman, I always enjoy when a man stares at me and checks me out. It's flattering and innocent.

Depends how he was staring if he had a dashing smile then yeah! there no point if your trying to get a girl to notice if you pretend there not there, it just shows you have no interest in them
