i gave 4 out of 5 for communication in english language so how can i justify it?

Do you mean, you gave yourself that self-evaluation?
If so, uh, I guess by saying that you wrote something an English teacher could understand with 80% conviction.

If my mathematics is correct, which it is, you gave 80%. That is relatively high. I don't think there is any need to justify it at all, although you may want to rationalize it.
