If you want windows XP you buy it either as a new product or an upgrade. Have a look on eBay for deals. If you think you can download it for free you will get yourself into a whole lot of problems / trouble.

if u purchased an Geniune MS Windows Xp, u must have the CD-Rom
However, if u somehow damaged/misplaced the Cd, Call Microsoft and they will replace your cd-rom/dvd-rom.
I won't suggest downloading Xp from external sources since, it is PIRACY
and i dont want you to land into any kinda trouble.
