In order to postpone ejaculations, I advise you of the following:

1. Do not approach your partner when your are having anxiety.

2. While you are copulating, get yourself distracted and let picture of completely different nature run through your mind. Example: Imagine you are playing golf or fishing.

3. When you feel that you are coming and here comes the grunt accompanied by supression of breathing, breath slowly, and don't stop your breathing.

4. Find medications, example: Ointment that help postponing ejaculation. They are out there, but beware of the hocus bocus ones.

5. Copulate when you are not fully erected (not very hard).

6. Slow down when you feel you are coming, and squeeze your butt cheeks together. Squeeze should involve contracting your anus and the muscle between the anus and the root of the testicles.. The area covering the prostate gland. You can also withdraw, relax and then resume.

7. Consult your family doctor.

I do not have your problem, but I tried the above for intercourse elongation and multi-orgasm. It worked. It may work for you as well.

You need to learn how to control your PC muscle....this way you can also become a multi-orgasmic man!!!
Learning to be one takes time and practice over many sessions. You need to do something called male kegal exercises.

Reach down under your balls, find the point where the shaft meets your scrotum, press when things are getting too hot and heavy.

do it slower, and slower, or even take a break ,,,, change position often, and deeper breath, try drink plenty water too

do it in warm or hot temperature
