i never have experience with flirting or talk with anyone who are not in my class or outside college. i really want to have so many friends that i do at the moment. and i saw this gal in college i think i really like her and i don't know even how do have friends so ...girlfriend??? i don't what to say or where to start. i am normal guy, i do have some friends but never have proper girlfriends. so help me plz thank you ppl

Attend a lecture or a social event where she is going to be present. Make sure you end up next to her - by accident - and strike up an innocent conversation about the event, the sunshine outside, the theme of the lecture or something else. At the end of the event tell her that you enjoyed her company and would like to get together again some other time. Give her your phone number and email address and smile at her.
If she calls you, great!
If she doesn't call you, she may not be interested or she may be a little shy. Try and talk to her again the next time you meet and look out for signals. If the ambiance is good, invite her out.
