Guys, when you're put in that awkward position of having to carry a girls bag do you: carry t like it was meant to be carried; clutch the sac in such a fashion as to make everyone aware that it is NOT yours or, tell her where to shove it? We'll take the chick comments too.

Unless her bag is loaded with gold bars or books, you should not have to carry it for her. A girl's bag is part of her dressing and accessories. You should not be "wearing" a girl's accessory. If she is so lazy to carry her own bag, tell her not to carry any. The other solution is to carry a "man" bag and let her dump her things in your bag. That would look better on you. I think a man carrying a woman's handbag is sissy.

Some homophobic guys will not be seen dead holding a girls handbag.
Most guys will clutch it in front of them so everybody knows it is not theirs.
Very few will actually put it over their shoulder and wonder if the bag matches their shoes :-)

I can't recall the last time I asked my luv to carry my purse. Perhaps hold it for a moment if I had to tie my shoe or look at a watch if we were out shopping together....... Other than that, I suppose he'd tell me to shove it. He has his own to carry. :-)

Hold it at arms length with one finger. Does this ever happen to you? She's dragging you around the shops for something to wear and she goes to try something on. She calls on you to come and give an opinion and she's standing there posing. It's one of those communal changing rooms and the other shoppers are reaching for something to cover their bits because your girl is standing holding the drapes wide open. She wonders why you don't have a great response for her. Just me then ok.
