Ok, first off, its a long distant relatinship and they been at this for about a year now, They have met each other once in the summer. But this ain't the part that got me all 0_o. Its that just Ricky would do anything to make her Girlfriend happy, thats fine and dandy but....Chelle is extremely clingy.They talk like 8 hours a day, Chelle gets mad at Ricky for not doing the smallest of things like calling her in 30 min, if he calls her late, even if its just 30 min late, she will get mad and upset at him..
for example So Bascially, his girlfriend has control over him :P Like one time!Chelle told Ricky not to watch TV because SHE was grounded from the tv
And ricky does it
and everytime I talk to Ricky thats all he ever talks about its her!!
Chelle is extremely sensitive.
omg! they even have this weird thing going on if one of them dies somehow, the other partner will commit suicide!
Chelle is severely depressed and she knows Ricky would do anything for her
What do u guys think?

I think you need to give Ricky a calling card for the local therapist - and RUN as fast as you can to get away from creepy Chelle.

I think it will have to burn out by itself. Love is blind. Nothing you do or say will change ricky's mind right now. Just keep on being his friend, and when he finally sees the error in his ways, don't say "I told you so" too many times.

When you are overobessed with a girl it can ruin your life worse than addiction to drugs and alcohol.
Tell me he needs to either A. stand up to here and be a man. or B. Dump her and find someone that he can be and treat as an equal not a superior

I don't think funny would be the word I'd use to describe it. If it's like you just described I'd say it's kinda scary. If they are talking about suicide that makes it even scarier.

I think the girl is kinda some control freak biatch and your friend on the other hand is so stupid to actually follow whatever her gf said. I mean, even the TV? LOL!!!!!
