Where does your money go?

Where does your money go when it is drawn out of your bank to pay a balance transfer, I paid an amount out of my bank on Monday 22nd Jan07 but it has not showed on my credit card account after three days It shows been taken out on monday 22nd Jan 07 but does not show on my c/c/account.
Please can some body tell me where the money goes till it gets paid. Your Tammy51.

If your Indian means it goes to RBI and clear there than it credit to your Account. If your a foreigner means i don't know what its happens

The goes into a suspense account until it is posted to the actual account to which it relates.
