Aparently she is not ready. She might also think
that you are just like every other guy.
If it happens it happens, she will let you know when
she is ready.

You can't expect the girl to lie with you on a first date!
On the other hand, if a certain time line is crossed (between 3 weeks and 1 month) you should dump her immediately -
she'll probably use you as a (lets just be) friend...

Just because she won't let you ***** her doesn't mean she can't be your girlfriend. Quit being so shallow and be proud of her for having high moral standards.
