'different than - the very definition of a miracle is a few thing that happens very seldom, below very unique situations, and is specificaly opposite to the common adventure of certainty.' No, that's no longer a miracle. that could desire to be an awfully no longer likely experience which DO at times ensue. case in point there replaced into an test with super computers which ran for many months. It generated random letters to work out in case you will be able to desire to offer Shakespeare if sufficient monkeys typed randomly for an somewhat extremely long term. After some months this methodology DID at last produce i think of it replaced into 2 or 3 words from a Shakespeare play. It wasn't a miracle it replaced into sure to take place. A miracle is a few thing that could desire to in no way take place like a donkey transforming into wings & flying Mohammed to paradise, issues like this logically can in no way take place so why have self assurance they are able to?

Well the way I see that with the changing times people want different proofs. In earlier times people wanted miracles, some wanted poetic beauty and today many people want scientific answers. The Quran provides the answers:

The Big Bang:

Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?[Quran 21:30]

Fingerprinting:

Does man think that We Cannot assemble his bones? Nay, We are able to put Together in perfect order The very tips of his fingers. [Quran 75:3-4]

and so on.

Because they never happened in the first place.
Why would they happen again, especially with all the media coverage throughout the world, and immediate access globally. Back in the days when "miracles" happened, people believed the world was flat....times have changed, and people are smarter these days. Religious people, of all religions, need to wake up.

The Bible tells us that Jesus performed miracles so that He could PROVE who He is. He proved it, people believed. We don't need miracles like the ones described in the Bible anymore, because we have all the proof we need.
Small miracles happen everyday, you just need to look with the eyes of your heart to see them.

You're not supposed to ask this.

Instead, you're supposed to throw your honesty and dignity out the door and claim that miracles DO happen. This is a large reason why honest people so often stop being religious - so many religions demand dishonesty.

Well according to the bible, the miracles that happened in the old testament were to prove God existed and there was only one true God.

In the new testament, the miracles were to show that God had chosen a new peoples. So the start of his congregations began.

In our times, the bible is what is sufficient for all peoples because of its historic accuracy.

The Scriptures tell us about the Almighty who created Heaven and earth. His name is YHVH. If people believed in Him, and followed the book (instead of churchianity) miracles would be more common. We limit His opportunity to intervene on our behalf by our lack of faith in Him.

pretty girl, the only miracle that God won't do again is RAISING THE DEAD!

Miracles are happening ever second! People with cancer get healed, people dying get well again, the air we breathe, the things we see, people we love.. everything is a miracle, all in the hands of God. :)
