also, whats the difference with wiring at 2 or 4ohms??

Here's a tip. Most name brand amp are perfectly acceptable pieces of car audio equipment. They are designed to be, and have been around for a long time so people trust them.

The installation however can be your biggest problem.
It's only going to sound as good as the installation.

I would do a little research (or ask me) about installing yourself the right way. This way you know you will be satisfied that it is working the way it should. There is often little tricks that can make world of difference.

wiring at 2 or 4 ohms is how much power the speaker is demanding from the amp. The lower the impedance, the more power the amp will put out. Just make sure you don't go lower than the manufacturers recommendations & you'll be fine.

yes kenwoods are good. If you wire at 4ohms, you get two more ohms!!

havent got a kenwood amp but i have a head unit made form them and it is awsome!!!!
ummm 4 ohms is for subwoofers and 2 ohms is for normal coaxial speakers

i'm a Kenwood fan. however, there Excelon stuff is by far better then there regulare stuff. here is a link for some good inexpensive amps. there all great amps.

ive got a kenwood amp, not your model but i have had it for 7 years in 3 differnt cars, they really are the dogs balls, recomend them mate
