Most of them have.Fred Phelps doesn't just bash gays,he also bashes other Christians who he thinks aren't good enough.Phelps is a raving lunatic.

I think we all pretty much had distanced ourselves from him and his luntic followers

He does give us a bad name.

But with his actions, not many people consider him a Christian.......cept those who want to put Christians down, and they hold him high as an example.
