It's a scam. They tell you it is paid for, then you hit a glitch and they ask you to pay some money to a lawyer, etc. They will never get you a ticket and visa. Or maybe just identity theft.

There might be job vacancies at the hotel, but this particular email that you received, is a fake, a scam. Do not believe them. Don't reply to the email address they gave nor click on any links in the email..
Hotels do not send emails to people much less invitations for job openings unless you are in their mailing list, are you? Even then, you have to be careful.
This is a new form of email spam/scam.
