http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/fdsugar.html will give you safety and use data, but you need to do indivudyal searches for each sweetener.

A caution: any site that references a "Dr. Mercola" is not to be considered reliable. He's a quack who bashes all artificial sweeteners in favor of the stuff he peddles.
