Ofcourse it's okay, it's normal and even HEALTHY. Well, that is as long as you don't do it too much. Then you might find yourself in SA. And yes, some girls do pleasure themselves by fingering themselves. However, some find it quite disgusting at your age. My advice? Do it- not too often though- and don't share it with other people. If it gets out of... ahem, hand, tell an adult.

Yes, it's fine and normal. It's better and safer to masturbate than sleep with some random girl whenever you get sexual urges.
As to whether girls do it....some do some don't. Girls tend to be less open about it.
