Quiche is ok to freeze but the eggs in the filling can be a little rubbery. Still as tasty and I would still eat it!

yes absolutely! just make sure you re heat it all the way through...I've had some "frozen in the middle" quiche situations before, its not great :)

You can but i would suggest you cut it into portions first because once defrosted it tends to crumble
