I can memorize fast and good but I can't remember what I had studied last year(I just remember about 20%)
is this normal?

Yes, this is absolutely normal for the brain. Unless we constantly access information then our brains cannot strengthen the connections to allow us to access that information more easily. You'll find that going over the information you've forgotten, most of it if not all will be recognisable.

Basically the brain can't spend all its time trying to remember everything we put into it. If that was the case we would've been eaten by lions or tigers or bears millions of years ago due to spending all our time standing around thinking. As such modern human brains work on a "need-to-know" basis. In other words the brain will only remember information that is either related to your survival (for example a child doesn't need to touch a hot stove twice to know that it will hurt them) or activities that you do regularly and such need the brain power in order to undertake them without constantly having to rethink everything that needs to be done. Think about when you ride a bike. When you were learning as a child you had to constantly think about where your feet were, what your hands were doing, which way the bike was tipping etc. Now you can just get on any bike and ride it without even consciously thinking about all of this.

If you can remember things for the past 10 years it means that your brain has no line between the hemispheres

nope, not really its just that you need to review those stuffs that you have taken a year a go....thats normal for the mean time....
