How to make food suppose to be by steaming in micowave oven.
Eg Idlis, caramel custard,etc (with out getting dry)

yYou get a microwave steamer for that.i have MILTON'S steamer for making idli

I would say put it in a bowl of water, but not too deep or it will boil up and into your recipe.

You can also buy microwave steamers.
