I ordered a Canon S3i which has now broken. How do I get it contact with Amazon to return it for fixing ?

Rerurn policy of amazon is if u receive a product that is materially different from the item as described in the product page then u can return it within 60 days of delivery....but u can't return an used item and especially after such along period...so no use contacting amazon....go to canon in stead!

the guarantee for the camera would be with canon so there would be no point in contacting amazon
you should have a leaflet in all the info you got with the camera with the guarantee details on it

its probably easier to contact Canon there should be a phone number on the instruction booklet/guarantee
