They won't respond to my customer services enquiries - they owe me six items from past orders, one dating from December 6th. Just wondered if anyone else is having problems with them at the moment?

give them a ring on 0870 350 2390..
I've sent them e-mails in the past because i spoke to a really rude woman on the phone..they never got back to me though, its not good customer service at all.

oh my god your jokin i put an oder in with them to day for matrix shampoo and straighing blam think i best take that number down as well oh my god cant belive it well thaks for postin that answer or i would of never know ill get on there case now make sure they come thanx for that and i hope you get ur stuff soon as well
