1. The bases for thinking are our schools so by providing the equal oppotunities of study to each and every child in India.More & more funds are to be pumped in the education sector.
2.if it is possible for our all religious pundits of each religion to declare publically that no body should be hated, exploited on the basis of their caste, creed ,culture and base of origin.
3.The infrastructure to be develpoped in urban and rural areas. The job should be entrusted to the corporates house.
4.Legal system should come forward to come to the expectations of the people of India.

firstly wat does this specify r u saying u want to improve in culturally ...finacially .....if it finacially then our kids should be educated in a manner they know to handndle the upcoming scenario of finacial growth,,,,,if it is cultrually wat does a culture mean does it treating men as equals then all men should be given equal rights in money knowledge do u think living in that environment u will like it ...
