I know that pilates lengthens and strengthens your ligaments and muscles. In fact i just read an article in Self magazine about how Jennifer Aniston grew an inch and a half by doing pilates and yoga. Its also very heathly and theraputic.

Unfortunately, once you hit your early 20's, you really have no chance of a last minute growth spuirt. There is a surgical procedure you can undergo, which is very popular amongst young Japanese women, but I would NOT recommend it, and I see any doctor who would perform it as being inhumane.
The only way for a person to become taller once they have reached maturity, is for them to have there knees snapped by a doctor which is extremely painful, and then to spend months on end having their legs stretched by force, so that there is more space between the knees and leg bones where new cartilage needs to grow, which could also takes months, even a year.This procedure is both expensive And dangerous. Stick with you stature, and don't worry what other people think, I have an older sister who is barely 5'4". Going through that much physical torture isn't worth being taller, I'd rather be short sweetie! PS. Do NOT take growth hormones! They do more damage than good, Trust Me! My aunt's a Doctor, and my grandmother's a registered Nurse. If God intended for us all to look the same, we would all be short :)

Well if you haven't passed the age of 18 yet.. then theres still hope.. drink lottsss and lotttsss of milk. and take daily vitamins. running would also be very likely help you get taller by making your legs long and strong. try yoga and health fitness workouts that work on your posture. having a healthy posture will also give the appearance of being much taller. hope i was of help.. good luck to you.

I know some way that thay use for over 18 age.
But i do not suggest you only say for your information:
1.surgical:break your leag then cast it (note:I say it very simpel way it is more dificalt than this)
2.Use some pill(with Dr indication)

Cycling is best method for increase the height but it depend upon the age & weight of that person.

U didn't state ur age. If u r less than 18yrs, then eat lots of beans and beans product.

hi, go to doctor he can give you growth hormone, it depends on your high and age. there is no diet that can help you if you has problems with your hormone.
