I am an artist and at one time worked for a set building company. I had three art directors, which drove me crazy. The first one would come in and say that they wanted Swiss type mountains. After working ten hours on building the Swiss alps, art director #2 would walk in and say, no no no we want Grand canyon type of rocks jutting out from the earth! So, again we would work over time and double time and make desert rocky mountains pushing up into the sky. The next day art director #3 would come in and start yelling how none of us could take directions clearly. He would insist that it was clearly understood that they wanted The California Rockies. By that time the deadline was up in about three or four more hours before they would start filming and we had to scramble to re do everything. Then the client would come in and say, no, I wanted Swiss Alps.
And so that's what happens when you have more than one boss.

As per the bible you cannot serve two masters. Similiarly you cannot be servant of two bosses, specially if both want to perform your job in opposite direction. You cannot please both. Better be your own boss.

Its really difficult to do so, but you can try to talk to them in a nice way so when anyone asks for you for something the other one must know and agree on it.
