We've just had our dog microchipped which is the first thing you have to do. Next she will have a Rabies vaccination and some blood tests, after 6 months she will have more tests to see if she has enough anti Rabies antibodies in her blood, finally she has to see a Defra vet who will check that all is well and issue her with a pet passport. I forgot to mention she will also have to have anti flea treatment as well. We take her to our local greyhound training centre to see their vets which is so much cheaper than the average veterinary practice. The total for all this treatment and the passport is approx' £120.00. Beat that any Vet's surgery!

You need to see your vet, they do it all and how much it costs varies from vet to vet.
Check out the DEFRA website for the info;
