Islam has a guideline on how human (men and women) has to cover themselves (their aurat); when they are in public, alone, with family (mahram) and so on. forgive me if i'm wrong or sound ignorant, but i never heard of any other religion that has guideline regarding on how to dress.

fellow answerers, could you enlighten me with those guidelines (tell me in general). if you are true believer of your faith, you should at least know the basics of how to cover your bodies according to our faith (not traditions).

Other religions do also have the guideline on covering of body but it is not so appliable as it is in Islam so the people of other religion do not follow it. but many Muslim do.because Islam is a pratical religion.

Jewish married women traditionally cover their heads (though this is not often practiced today). A Jewish head covering is often called a snood, and is similar to hijab in some ways. Many married Jewish women in some communities actually shave their heads and wear a wig (which some people find incorrect interpretation of the requirement).
Mormons (LDS) are required to dress conservatively, as are some other Christians (Mennonites, for example).

Followers of the Flying Spaghetti Monster believe in covering themselves with Ragu, Oregano powder, and a thick layer of cheeses. Hats are made of pepperoni or one of the other accepted forms from the hats of meat web page www.hatsofmeat.com.

hijab is a Jewish tradition that is practiced in Palestine now. religious Jewish women always cover their hair. christian took it from Jews and applied it specially to nuns. pure Islam is much more simple, but Muslims now are more Jews than Muslims!

Jehovah's Witnesses are also very conservative in their dress and encourage their members to dress modestly. If someone goes to a Kingdom Hall or a Witness event dressed improperly, they will be spoken to.
