I've had mine about three years and it seems to have died. Is that normal. Should I have it repaired or buy a new one?

If you are talking about the battery dying (won't hold a charge anymore, or holds a very little charge) then yes it's normal over time. If you look around the apple website somewhere you should find a link and instructions on how to send the ipod in get a battery changed.. it does cost money unless it's still under warranty tho.

If you are talking about the ipod iteself dying then I don't know.
