(Indian Curry's, spag bol, Chinese, and everything is with chips) seems to be all i eat (there is a few others but u get the general idea) i don't eat a proper Sunday roast unless its done with a home made sweet and sour sauce and i don't eat veg, this is causing problems in my social life, the look and well smell of regular food turns me against it and i haven't eaten any of it i think i have myself convinced i don't like what can i do?

this is NOT affecting my health in any way just social life namly not being able to go to dinner at my finacée's family

You could see a therapist as you may have an eating disorder, but liking and disliking foods is normal. You say it affects your social life, but how important to you is eating normal food? If it's affecting your health see a doctor IMMEDIATELY, but if it's not then I guess I don't see what the problem is. As long as you get all of the nutrients and whatnot your body needs then what you eat or don't eat doesn't really matter. If it is an issue that bothers you personally, try eating food that you think you don't like on a regular basis - maybe for lunch or breakfast everyday. That way you give yourself a chance to get used to the foods and they might just grow on you. Again, you may have an eating disorder so see a doctor RIGHT AWAY if this is in any way shape or form hurting your health.

If your fiances family wanted you over they would accomodate your eating every now and then. Relax we all have our favourite foods and food we just wouldnt touch. When your out with other people try not to show that you are repulsed by their food perhaps people take your opinion as a personal attack.

Well, chinnese food can have ALOT of vegy's spagetti has tomatoes in the sauce it's all good stuff. why are you worried about what others think about YOUR diet the only thing that seems to lacking is fruit... so whats the problem? Try exploring...

go out to eat or call your doctor. I mean no harm I too have bad eating habits COD is common these days....

You should just relax and listen to your bodys intuition. Eat what you want, when you want, and how you want. There is too much outside influence on what we SHOULD eat. Its your body, listen to it
