Poland, Latin America, lots of countries in Africa and USA as well.
I think Italy or France are not very Catholic (maybe in a symbolic way, but lots of people are atheist).
When people are baptized, that doesn't mean the country is catholic. Many baptized people are atheist when they grow up.

I think Spain is, along with the Phillipines and some Asian countries. Ireland has a lot of Catholics too.

Poland and Malta.
Around 70 % of all people there attend Sunday Mass every Sunday and weekdays the churches are packed too you see people on their knees praying to God.
