I prefer not to think so as I say good and goodness and refute the concept of a god . much is worthy and good but the belief in a god is not . death murder misery destruction viruses and cancer and HIV those are what we credit to the imaginary non existent deity why not grow up most believers in voodoo have left it behind what's so frozen in the religious community that keeps the fire of ignorance burning ...? answer to your question no-one will ever really know but I'm sure they will think they do....

Yes, "my goodness" is an altered way of saying "my God," which Christians should not do.
I've also heard the variations of "my word" and "good night," used by many Christians.
You could also say that by saying "geeze" or "gee whiz" you are using a slang term that was taken from Jesus's name. I think it's best to avoid using those terms myself.
