Wrinkles are caused by sun damage, aging, and smoking. Unfortunately you can't cure wrinkles non surgically, but you can prevent them and lessen the look of them in a few ways

1. Spf (every day!)
2. Moisture to lessen the look (a good eye cream)
3. Botox (expensive option for crows feet)
4. Antioxidants and peptides (somewhat effective)
5. Retinol (too irritating to put on eyes)

Puffiness can be reduced by drinking more water. Avoid excessive caffiene and salt. Get 8 hours of sleep, too little or too much sleep is also a culprit of puffiness.

I would suggest a good eye cream like Clinique's All About Eyes Rich (reduces puffs, moisturizes and lessens dark circkes) with an spf (prevent wrinkles) over it.

You should also wear sunglasses, even when it is cloudy or rainy. If you wear makeup you could even throw a primer in on top like Clarins's new primer and then eye cream, spf and your makeup.

Using tea bags or other compresses will help temporarily. I would NOT use preperation H. It would be ok maybe for a big event, but not regularly, it could cause damage.

So when you wake up

1. Wash your face
2. Apply eye cream by patting gently let it soak in
3. Apply spf or spf lotion over this (Purpose spf 15 or 30 is good and affordable and you can use it over your whole face to prevent aging and sun spots, wont cause you to break out either)

If you want a quick solution to get rid of your puffy eyes all you need to do is keep a spoon in the freezer and them to eyelids for a few minutes to reduce the redness.

keep a cold gel eye mask or a Ziploc bag full of frozen peas and cupping 2 frozen spoons over the eye area for at least few minutes.

When you make tea, use the tea bags on your eyes (let them cool off first!) The caffeine pulls the puffiness out of the skin around your eyes.
The best way to stop wrinkles around your eyes is to sleep on your back. When you squish your face into the pillow while sleeping, that's when you get wrinkles. It takes getting used to, but just put a pillow under your knees and you'll get used to it.
