To get this you need to do crunches when ever you can. When you wake up do them, on lunch break, before dinner, when you watching tv, and before you have your shower at night. I have tried to stick to this but its hard. Also try and eat goo only have 3 meals a day and never eat after 6pm.
When you are walking try to hold you stomach in so you feel the muscle going hard. You be amazed at how much this helps.
Remember to work through the burn lol Good Luck

Every excercise you do or weight you lift works your abs.

You need to eat green vegies and red and white meat (inc fish) and stay away from spuds, and other white vegies and pig and lamb.
Dont eat fried food. That includes battered food.
Its better for you not to, and tastes better too.

That'll help get your metabolism going.

Then do varying excercises. Running is good, but its not great. So when you run, vary your pace constantly and try going up and down hills.
Swimming is good. And so is skipping.

Like I said, any weights you do is working your abs, so do them. But keep a variety.
And do sit ups.

You'll probably find the upper abs are quite easy to achieve onces you've slimmed down (should you need to of course) and that the lower ones are hard to achieve.

Try doing pull-ups. And while you do them, try and bring your knees to your chest. But dont swing your legs. That wont do anything. You need to control it.

Hope that helps.

Exactly as already said - the key to abs is diet. You can exercise as much as you like but if you have a layer of fat round your mid section you will never see your abs! There is no quick way unfortunatley, you just need to train like hell and watch your food stuffs, eat a healthy balanced diet. Train hard and good luck with thos killer abs!

Cycling works all the muscles in the body as well as doing a couple sets crunches of ten every Morning, afternoon and night. I used to have a fab tummy till i stopped doing body-building. Hard-work, pain, pain, pain. That is what it takes. Pain and stamina to carry on every single day. But worth it. You eventually cannot go without doing exercises be careful of that it can eventually take over your life and become an obsession.

You can get those sit up things that roll back and forth do you know what i mean.. you lie underneath. I had one you dont feel like you are doing much and can easily acheive 100 sit ups with it, its not a struggle. If you did that everyday im sure you will have great abs.

Dont eat lots of junk food either!!

well son i can tell you right now that with that attitude you'll never get them. You probobly dont know the first thing about working out. Fix your diet before you do anything, then do sit ups and crunches every day untill you get them. you also will have to have low body fat or they will not be visible.

You need to take to the streets. Jogging twenty to thirty minutes a day burns a lot of fat and strengthens your core.

Do pilates. Almost every exercise that you will do focus's on your abs. I have Windsor Pilates DVD's and they are great and my abs are showing it.

Sit ups, it's variations and weighted sit ups. Add weight each time really helps.
