God hardened the Pharoah's heart so that Moses can performed all the miracles that God intended. God did not change his will which was anti-God in the first place but just make it harder to serve His purpose. It is God's will that none should perish and that all mankind should come into the saving knowledge of Jesus. It is the devil who blinded the minds of those who do not believe. God will not help the devil to do his job!

I use to be very confused about this also. But now I understand. God did not cause Pharaoh to refuse to let his people go. God knew that Pharaoh was not going to let the Hebrews go because God knows what is in the heart of a man. God gave Pharaoh several chances to comply with his request. It was Pharaoh's decision (hence free will) to keep the captives in slavery. Every request and consequence was for the glory of God. To show his power. God could have chosen to just wipe Pharaoh and his army out and allow his people to leave, but he wanted to build the faith of the Hebrews, so he chose to do it this way. Every time Pharaoh said no to God his heart became more and more harden. The more God asked the more angry Pharaoh became and the more his heart hardened. It was pride that was Pharaoh's down fall. He believed that he was a god and did not have to answer to anyone.

You are right, if God did so, then Pharaoh were not responsible for his words and deeds.
God equitably and mercifully bestows on all humankind the free will in order that they can make choice to reach the heights of knowledge over all other creatures. So the hardening of bad people's heart is not God's intervention, but only the consequence of their disobedience to the law of God. How God should govern the immensity of His creation by interferring in the petty actions of each of innumerable individual beings!

first of all, you should ascertain the bible and locate out what "hardening a persons'' heart" actual ability. this does no longer propose "manipulating" or eliminating the loose will. in case you search out all referring texts of the bible you'll locate that "hardening the midsection" purely signifies that the hardened heart insists on it is totally position. It receives, with a view to assert, good and has a tendency to emphasise by ability of it is aims. The Pharao of Egypt is through personal definition a god. Giving in to Moses'/the Lord's request "enable my human beings bypass" would equivalent a de-deification, the finished lack of his authority. for this reason that is psychologically splendid that the Pharao approves rather some discomfort previously giving in. So, what does "hardening the midsection" propose? The apostle Paul writes something about the objective of biblical texts: They provide examples for our preparation, and in a lot of reports we may be able to analyze adult adult males who stay the route till the lesson will change into glaring. So no human being receives restricted, yet issues change into sparkling.

Pharaoh hardened his heart three times, and God hardened his heart three times.
I think you have an excellent example there of the one unforgivable sin, "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit."
When we harden our hearts against God, time and time again, there will come a time when He will harden our hearts, and they we are damned.
I don't think it's wise to say that anything fulfills prophecy right now.

God hardened Pharoah's heart the same way the heart of every other person's heart that is hardened is, by blessing them with life and opportunity to repent which they don't acknowledge or make use of.

The sun hardens clay but softens wax. It doesn't act differently but they react differently. Similarly, God loves the world but some react hostile to God because they love their sin while others turn from their sin and experience His love. The factthat prophecy gets fulfilled only shows God's knowledge to how they would react.
