There's no way to diagnose this without knowing more. For example, if the cancer is a mast cell tumor it could be producing histamines which can irritate the GI tract causing diarrhea. In his case you would need antihistamines and/or corticosteroids.

Or, if the cancer is painful (such as osteosarcoma) this could cause GI upset and diarrhea too, but the immediate treatment would be pain medication.

Or, if the dog is on some kind of medication for the cancer, that could be causing the diarrhea. Most chemotherapy agents are notorious for this.

Or, if the cancer has metastasized to the intestine, it might be interfering with normal fluid absorption.

Or, the dog could have eaten something that didn't agree with him, and it might have nothing at all to do with the cancer.

In short, you're going to need to have a veterinarian actually look at the dog.

you need to take him to the vet again. it could be something different entirely, or related to the cancer. is it bone cancer, lymphoma? if it is something as bad as kidney failure, or as simple as a parasite, your vet will be able to tell you what the next step is. no one on here without a detailed medical history of your dog or not laying actual hands on your pet will be able to give you an honest answer. please take your dog to the vet asap. make sure he is staying hydrated and hold his food off until you can call the vet. good luck.
