It depends if their struggles are due to laziness or pre-determined social status. If they are hard working people but can't overcome boundaries because society makes it difficult for them then I see nothing wrong with helping them. Plus, aren't we supposed to help our family before helping others?

If they are lazy, OF COURSE you are; but it could be worse, they could be plopped down in front of your television in your house, so if you can afford it, keep sending the money and they can know they have rich (if not so bright) relatives in the western world.
