The 2 wisdom teeth on the top have grown fully and the bottom are about halfway out. Does everyone have to get them removed? or do some people keep 2 of them and remove 2 or what?

Many people have them removed because they do not have room in the mouth for them and when they do come in they begin to crowd the other teeth. Alot of kids now are getting braces and have to have them removed so they do not crowd the other teeth. Many adult have them remove due to pain. It is up to you and your oral surgeon on how many to remove if they are bothering you. You can have them removed even if they are not full erupted through the gums.

Good Luck!!

You don't need to remove them but the dentists say that these teeth are useless because you can not chew with them plus thet are the first teeth that have problems... I had to remove mine via surgery because they couldn't come out from gum.

It's different for everyone because i have all four of my wisdom teeth and i have had no problems. When they start to hurt then get them pulled.

everyone is different...let your dentist tell you when and why they need to come out...some people need them out because they grow in sideways or the roots are wrapped around something or the mouth is too small for all the teeth to be cleaned properly
