There's nothing wrong with your weight. It is within the healthy BMI range. I'd bet that several people here saying you're "too skinny" are NOT within that healthy range. That's another story...
It sounds like you're proportioned pretty much just like I am. We're blessed with a high metabolism, so enjoy it. I've also eaten a whole pizza in a day--quite a few times. it's not too bad for you as long as you don't do it all the time. Normally I eat much more healthy foods; but once in a while isn't a big deal.
In closing, don't listen to people who say you're too skinny. We already weigh about 20 lbs more than what's considered acceptable in our commercial culture. We are the "perfect weight" really... because we're on the lower end of the healthy range. And in my opinion that's exactly the place to be. We can gain 25-30 lbs and still be within the healthy range. And let's face it, we're not gonna LOSE any more weight unless there's an actual eating disorder. So that's not a concern...

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

pizza is not that bad for you it has wheat and dairy and protein. A pepperoni pizza will have about 250 calories per slice depending on the brand, the cheese and the sauce. you will be fine. you should be eating about 1300-1500 calories per day for your weight, if you excercise every day then add about 300 more calories. dont sweat it. my wife is 5'3" and 110 lbs and she will regulary eat 18 ounce steak and a baked potato and a salad and loaded fries when we go out to dinner.

You are still in the Healthy Weight Range according to the BMI. You could become Malnourished because you are not meeting your daily recommend intake of vitamins, minerals and essentials for optimal body functioning.

You are thin thin thin. If you research on the Internet you will see that you are right where you should be or even under-weight for your height. Eating a large pizza isn't the healthiest thing to do. But heck if you can do it and stay so thin........... more power to you girl.!!!!!!

Cholestrol problems and heart disease don't just happen to overweight people. With a consistent unhealthy diet, it can catch up. This is why people need to focus less on dress size and more on health.
