A call center is a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone.A call centre is operated by a company to administer incoming product support or information inquiries from consumers. Outgoing calls for telemarketing, clientele, and debt collection are also made. In addition to a call centre, collective handling of letters, faxes, and e-mails at one location is known as a contact centre.

Call centre is the marketing team of the any company. they will call through ph. to customer & sell their product. It's also called a venue selling team. They called the customer through data & give proper knowledge to customer. Some time they will call the customer for reg. their product. Some companies use call centre as a team to handle querries to the customer like hutch, airtel, spice etc. They have provided good salaries to their employees. Now a day, call centre is palying a very important pat of an organisation to run a organisation smoothly.

call center is simple suppose you call a customer care for your mobile or your bank account on some doubt it actually goes to a call center your bank or mobile company pays for each call attended by the company they also give the details about the expected questions to the call center so they can answer
