You don't give many details, so I'm not sure what you are wanting. But from my experience with phsycologists, they will only help you if you are willing to be HONEST with them, and are willing to help yourself along with their counseling. If we go home and don't do the work to help ourselves, then they can't help us. It's not that they won't help you, they can't! You have to meet them half way, and be honest. If you are on drugs or alcohol and not willing to get sober & clean, they won't work with you either. Because you can't be honest with them, while you are using and drinking. If you aren't being honest with yourself, then you can't be honest with them.

So you've been to one and they refused to help you?

You dont say why you need one, maybe you dont need one and thats why they wont help!

If you really need and want they're help you need to open up to them and work with them you have to want to help yourself they cant do it all for you..

Whatever your problems you need to be honest not just with them but yourself too and have determination to overcome these problems they wont go away on they're own face up to them and deal with them with they're help dont shut them out..

Its totaly up to you...
