When moving into apts, what do you like to get for FREE, (stuff, gift cards, ??? )and what helps you make the final decision to pick that place??

I preffer to invite my freinds for a lunch on weekend at one of the shopping centers then they can find what i really need because its only me who knows what i want . and if it was more expensive than what they expected they can pay it in group :)
so we can have a useful shopping and ofcourse a nice time at lunch ...
but if i must choose something here , i preffer to get flowers and books for all the events .
