I don't use it up as quickly as it is being sent to my house. I was wondering if there was any way I could just order it when I needed it instead of having it mailed to me every 60 days. It is starting to pile up around the house. thanks for the help!

You might want to try the local mall. I know some malls have little stands that sell little knick knack stuff. SOme of the stands are represented by proactiv so you can just buy it there instead of having it mailed to you. Just check out the malls in your area

I get proactive every 2 months. With proactive the only way you can do it is by contract, and the contract is paying for it every 2 months and recieving it every 2 months.

I'm planning on stopping proactive, I stopped using it about 2 weeks ago and bought this nutrigina stuff that works so much better than proactive and a lot cheaper too.

yes. call the customer service and cancel your automatic shipment or switch it to where you receive it every 4 months, 6 months, etc...they will do it with no problem. You can then call and order what you need when you need it if you decide you don't want to be on automatic shipment.

i hav had experience with Proactiv and i've had the same problem. no, i don't think there's a way to just oreder it unless you keep quitting and re-joining. what i did was use like twice as much as usual... it cleared my skin faster AND got the bottles empty just on time. good luck!!

My daughter uses it and she gets it at one of two shopping malls in my city. One day we happened upon it by accident. It was sold in one of those merchandise carts that line the halls of the shopping malls. You should inquire as to whether you can buy it locally so you can get outof this auto-ship situation. Good luck.

Yeah you can change the shipping dates, they can suspend them if you like for 6 months or you can further out the ship dates every 10 weeks, etc..You have to call and ask the ship dates, but yeah they can totally arrange it to your needs. ;)

You should be able to. Tell them you will quit buying it and use a product that your dermatologist carries if they wont let you.
