I use a kitten or a cat brush it has very soft bristles . I got it at Wal -mart . I use that on my chi since he has very short hair.

Kong Zoom Groom buy it at any pet store, it is rubber, by the way no slicker or pin brushes they could rip and scratch your chis skins since the hair lies on the body
