I can't tell which of the 4 Little Einsteins it is, but one of them sounds just like Dora the Explorer!

I think it's June your thinking of that sounds similar to Dora, but no they are not the same person.

As near as I can tell from cast credits - none of the voice actors on "Little Einsteins" has been on "Dora the Explorer".
