Go back.. I am a stylist, and it sounds like overkill on the toner. This will be a quick process that they should do free of charge. I would do a shampoo cleanse on you (mixture of shampoo bleach and low developer). This will take literally two minutes in the shampoo sink and under a watchful eye, as the ashiness will lift right out, and your will need to be rinsed immediately. Believe me... no big deal. This happens all the time, but at most nice salons.... we don't let the client see this, nor walk out the door with it! :) Promise though.. no big deal.Quick fix. Good luck!

Don't worry you are going to be just fine. Your hair needs time to recooperate. First Don't wash your hair for a couple days in order for your hair to get back all of its natural oils. Then just use the loreal color zap( hair color remover ) in order to get rid of the blueish hues in your hair. But all the salon color will be removed as well. Trust me on this one this is the best way to remove the unwanted tones in your hair. Apparent the salon's coloring job was inadequate. Your hair will be ready for recoloring in no time. Explore the Loreal Feria Blonde collection. What I reccomend is doing a double process bleach blonding since your hair is naturally dark brown. I recommend the Loreal Feria#200 Lightening Kit Bleach Blonding after you bleached your hair use a toner for optimal results. A toner is crucial for eliminating any brassy tones in your hair. After Bleaching use mayonnaise ( just rinse after afterwards) as well as a leave conditioner in to give your hair essential nutrients oils, as well as dimension and shine. Don't worry with these tips you will look glam and Fab!!!!!!!!!
