I notice that I live in a big city. It seems like my health, and many others around me are getting sicker and sicker, younger and yourger..
I feel like the only one that feels like this. I am coughing as I walk my son to school, as the cars, and trucks are passing. I am breathing the fumes, and feel sick, and have a headaches, and other medical issues as well like fibromyalgia, depression, ovarian cysts, memory loss. Shouldn't I worry, or be like most and just pretend that it's ok? Why is this happening to me, and so many others more and more?

In medical school, looking at lungs from different people in different parts of the country, you couldn't tell the difference between smokers and non-smokers. However, you could easily see a difference between the lungs of city-folk, and the lungs of country folk (city-folk had more damage).

Consider what happens if you spend an hour in a closed room full of smokers.

Now consider the same room, no smokers, but a running gas engine.

There is not much control for you over the environment polluation. as a citizen on earth we can do our best to build a better health through eating organics foods and education ourself and others about what we have done to the surrondings that make us sick. When awareness is arise, we will be more responsible for our actions. apart from that, we could use essential oils to get our immune system up, so as to prevent us from further any sickness. oil prefer to be organic.

the air isnt going to affect ovarian cysts, depression or memory loss and I dont know what fibromyalgia is , but it probably isnt affected either. If you had emphyzema or respitory problems I would say maybe. Dont worry yourself so much

all i can say is try to avoid exhaust, smoke and smog the best you can. now this is hard if you live in a bigger city...but all we can do is try. i can tell you that outdoor issues are harder to avoid. now a lot of people can't tolerate smoke. i'm one of them. so that i can avoid. no you're definitely not the only one who worries about it. i do think about it myself. *hug*
