Atlas, you are bordering on blasphemy.
... but on second thought ... hmmmm... maybe ...????
Wait ... when did Jesus walk on water? (Bets off.)

In order for the myths about Jesus to continue, his followers needed to create a supernatural image. What is more supernatural than walking on water, restoring life or changing water to wine? There are many stories concocted such as Jesus being a carpenter and poor, but history shows that he was not a carpenter nor poor.

Do you think of your lizard buddy ought to try this?

Knowledge seeker yes its in the Christian bible in the New Testament when He was collecting his apostles. He walked on water to reach the boat where two or three of them were fishing and asked them if they would like to be fishers of men. The debate has been did he really walk on the surface of the water or did he walk on a submerged sandbar to reach them.

You were trying to be funny, right? I actually believe that Jesus has a sense of humor when He walked on the water. They had no idea He was coming so it was His intention to surprise them.

Jesus would have been way too cool to just walk across the water. He would have strut across and leaned with it.

Yes. That's about like an acid trip, whether it's Jesus or a lizard. Awesome.

That event was never recorded on video, and even if it was, it could be faked. That story is plain hearsay, as the author never witnessed this feat first-hand. Even if it was actually witnessed by the author, too many factors make this just too far-fetched.

You lived in water for 9 months in your mothers womb, what makes you feel Jesus couldn't walk on it to save the faithful?
