It is very difficult - there are some behavioural techniques and even extremes, such as surgery. Google "erythrophobia" and you will get a lot of info on blushing and prevention methods.

If u blush alot do try to see if there is something to stop doing it so frequently. Reason being is I blush alot and I developed Rosacea about 12 months ago and they say there is a connection.

i wish i knew the answer. some people blush easier than others especially when were embarrased. using powder or foundation will help prevent your skin tone to not look too pink or red. it helps me hehe but good luck to you =)

Hi, I have managed to overcome erythrophobia a year ago already.
I leave the manual I bought (about $ 20 with paypal) and worth. If you do not understand Spanish, you can easily translate
in google translator.
Gotta give important clues to control the mind and body to completely heal erythrophobia.
